Never Ending Honeymoon | Jacqui's nachos

Corn chips = £1 per bag

Salsa (mild, hot or medium) = £2 per jar

Grated Cheese = £2 – £4.50 for a 250g/300g block

Sour Cream (optional) = £1.00 per tub

Avocados (optional) = £1.00 each

Jalapenos (optional) = £1.50 per jar

Method: Layer corn chips, salsa and cheese on a plate or a large bowl (2 layers of each is best). Cook in the microwave for 2 – 3 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. Alternatively, you can cook nachos in the oven, but this take double the time. Serve with sour cream and mashed avocados.

Best hangover cure.
